Product Introduction
The non-encapsulated H-class three-phase dry-type transformer features outstanding advantages including high safety, reliability, energy efficiency, fire resistance, explosion protection, zero harmful gas emission, environmental friendliness and simple maintenance. With advanced design, rational structure and attractive appearance, all its major performance indicators exceed domestic standards. It maintains stable electrical and mechanical performance throughout its service life.
It is highly suitable for environments with stringent fire protection requirements, fluctuating loads, heavy pollution and high humidity, such as high-rise buildings, airports, railway stations, ports, subways, hospitals, power plants, metallurgical industries, shopping malls, densely populated residential areas, as well as petrochemical plants, nuclear power plants, nuclear submarines and other scenarios.
Product Features
Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings adopt Nomex® insulating materials, which are impregnated multiple times with internationally advanced solvent-free varnish via VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment. The outer layer is sealed with high-strength H-class insulating materials and cured at high temperature, ensuring no partial discharge occurs during operation.
The high-voltage winding adopts a continuous structure with high mechanical strength and excellent heat dissipation performance. Both high-voltage and low-voltage windings use Nomex® insulating materials that can operate stably at a continuous temperature above 200°C. This design avoids the drawbacks of multi-layer cylindrical windings, such as high inter-layer voltage, poor heat dissipation, susceptibility to thermal breakdown and low mechanical strength, thereby improving the operational reliability of the product.
